During my Christmas stay, I was impressed by the beautiful gardens and stunning view of the river and mountains. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, with regular cleaning of the shared toilets and showers. the staff was friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay.
The food at the hotel was not up to par. Another downside was the thin walls between the rooms, as it made it difficult to sleep with noise from neighboring rooms.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were really friendly and made me feel welcome. The meals were delicious and great value for money. The hotel grounds were scenic and there was a nice bar area by the river where I could chill out. The location was convenient, with an easy walk from the bus stop and close to various excursions. The facilities were excellent, including a bar/restaurant, common area with books and games, and a laundry service. This hotel is a great option for young travelers and has a hostel-like atmosphere.
Nothing to be said.

Simple and pleasant rooms, with shared porch and hammock. Great bar with a deck, cold beer, and activities like pool and fusball. Enjoyed tubing down the river and the trip to Semuc Champey. Informative guide for the water caves tour. Convenient location near bus station and short walk or tuk-tuk ride to town center. Limited food options, but buffet dinners were delicious. Friendly staff, going the extra mile.
